Set within a dense urban grain, 123 Canterbury Road offered a chance to reframe the familiar. Originally conceptualised by another practice, the scheme was brought to KJCF Landscape for refinement, clarity, and detailed resolution.
With only a short window to turn around a full drawing package, we worked closely with the project consultant to re-align the landscape design to meet planning expectations — without losing character or intent.
What emerged was a light-touch, layered scheme that complemented the architecture while delivering ecological uplift and visual calm. This project stands as a hallmark of our responsiveness and communication strength. Planning revisions were addressed promptly, and design updates were shaped with careful thought to longevity, user needs, and municipal expectations.
