A residential rhythm shapes the land — gardens meet cars, bordered by habitat and held by space.

Some projects arrive half-planted — part-way through implementation, yet still evolving. Ozengell Place was one such moment: a residential development where urgent planning requirements and last-minute ecological requests collided.
Jenner Contractors approached KJCF Landscape to swiftly revise and realign the soft landscaping with updated hardscape layouts. Thanet District Council had requested new native trees and hedgerows to support their Biodiversity Net Gain objectives. On paper, the task was minor. In reality, it required immediate clarity, attention to context, and a diplomatic hand between contractors, consultants, and council officers.
KJCF Landscape delivered a revised proposal in less than 48 hours, adding new habitat proposals, species-rich boundaries, and updated schedules. Beyond the plan, we responded to follow-up queries from site managers and ecologists — offering practical guidance on composite habitat boxes, mounting methods, and installation zones suited to wildlife and site constraints.
This project reflects a core strength: adapting quickly, solving problems practically, and remaining a steady presence during change.
